We believe that the typical Swabian characteristics
still exist, also in the future. We want to illustrate
that these characteristics - sometimes seen as oddity -
are aspects of humility, pragmatism, diligence,
and cultural interest as well as
cultural productivity and cultural openness.
As culinary abassadors we understand ourselves
also as ambassadors of the Swabian characteristics
and culture - inside Swabia as well as in Germany
and in other countries. At this we abstain from
nostalgic interior or design (cockoo clocks are NOT
Swabian!) and present a modern Swabian style, art
and music (special events).
