To make your Swabian meals perfect, join our
cooking class. We teach you how to cook the
tradionally Swabian noodles “Spaetzle” in our
Restaurant.

The dates take place by appointment - normally
beginning with groups of at least four participants.
But if you cannot find enough friends who are
interested, we can also make an appointment with
e.g. two participants.

Normally we start at 6:30 p.m., the course takes
2 - 2,5 hours. You learn how to make hand made
"Spaetzle", incl. some knowledge of the history of
this product.
All materials are free, incl. boxes to take your self
made food at home. Coffee, soft drinks, a glass of local sparkling wine or wine and a little dinner with our
specialities are also included.

Of course, the cooking class is held in English.
